Assignments for September 27, 2008

For next week, I would like you to explore Escrapbooking. It has many ideas as to how to develop an e-scrapbook. Take a special look at the article under Basics and the articles under Process. I would also like you to look at some of the technology created for the visually impaired at http://www.edutopia.org/technology-visually-impaired-video In your comment explain what activity you would like to develop for your e-scrapbook: what would be the assignment, its objective, and your instructions for the requirements. Remember that the activity should be academic. Also comment on the new technology for the visually impaired.

Hello world!

Hi teacher consultants,

Once again we meet. This time for a course about the use of technology in the classroom. EDU 612 explores new trends in the use of the computer within the classroom environment. As part of our work, we will study the elements which should be considered when using technology for classroom activities and put into practice what is learned.

As we have done in the past, I will place in this blog most of the materials we’ll need to achieve our goals. I’ll also be asking you to post frequent comments in our blog or in your own.

I’m so glad to have you back and am looking forward to working with you once again.
